Process Serving
We deliver or “serve” legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case.
Background Checks
AJP runs an employment background check which can include, but is not limited to, a person’s work history, education, credit history, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), criminal record, medical history, use of social media, and drug screening.
Skip Tracing
We locate the whereabouts of individuals who for any number of reasons have gone missing, or “skipped” town. We pinpoint the “skip” and determine his or her current location.
Notary Public
AJP serves as an impartial witness to those signing documents. We perform a range of duties, including witnessing signatures, identifying fraud, and administering oaths.
Investigations
Workers Compensation: Our investigations uses audio, video, and other types of surveillance to determine whether an individual worker is as injured as they claim.
Personal Injury: AJP can assist in challenging and supporting the value of the claim in personal injury/insurance claims plus property damage claims (such as houses, buildings, autos, etc.).
Domestic Matters: We have extensive experience discreetly handling domestic investigations and can confirm or dismiss your suspicions.
Reports: We can provide police and accident reports, videos and photos.
Accident or Incident Cases: We can interview and provide video and audio recorded statements from accident or incident witnesses. These statements will be notarized.
